Often the reason people eat excessively and have weight management issues is because they have negative emotions and their life.
People don’t even realise that they hide their negative emotions behind their food. We have all heard someone say I only eat when I am sad or depressed and it’s true.They struggle with their negative emotions and that causes them to eat to excess.
It's been scientifically proven that 80% of weight management or weight loss is in the mind. Only 20% is food and exercise. If your mindset is not right, it doesn't matter how much exercise you do and what you eat, you will still not be able to manage or lose the weight that you want. So the true secret to losing weight is managing your mind. Exercising and watching what you eat is still very important, on their own will never deliver long-term and sustainable success. The reason is your mind will Sabotage your efforts and even though you might have some short term success, you will bounce back regain all the weight you've lost, with interest. Only by managing your mind and dealing with your negative emotions can you achieve long-term sustainable results.
The first step is to release all the negative emotions that are hiding inside. When you breathe properly they can release the stress and see the availability of the solutions.Also, as a result you become more open to ideas and more creative you are better able to see the options and solutions that are available to you.
Trick is to let your mind find the solution for you. When the mind is so focused on the problem it's using energy and oxygen stressing over the problem and the possible consequences.Your mind is not using its resources to look for a solution. If you give your mind the opportunity to be creative and find a solution you will be amazed at what can be achieved.
